Water jet cutting is based on the movement of a thin water beam with ultra high pressure in which is added an inactive material.
This material drifts from the water beam and gain speed twice the speed of sound disrupting the surface and thus achieve the cut. Because of water beams small diameter (0,55 mm - 1,4mm) we can achieve maximum precision cutting .
Water jet cutting does not produce heat, is cold cutting and therefore is used in environments where explosive gas concentrations are high, that's why its use is widely known in industrial facilities such as refineries - storage facilities for liquid fuels - fuel pipelines, etc.
